We will never sell your data, and we only share it with trusted partners (like our delivery provider and payment processor) to complete your transaction.

Terms of Service
When you subscribe to Flower Sisters, you agree to our terms:

We deliver one bouquet per month to the address provided at checkout.

Deliveries are available only in our current service area: Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata, Phuket Town and Chalong.

Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers.
Flower Sisters reserves the right to update these terms, and any major changes will be communicated via email.

Delivery & Refund Policy
We deliver once per month, on the first Saturday of each month.
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, we’ll leave your bouquet in a shaded, safe spot or follow any delivery instructions provided.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds after delivery — but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
